I have lived in Texas for the majority of my life after serving in the US Navy during the Vietnam era. I just recently moved to New Bern NC.
I am the type of person that what you see is what you get...I am open honest, fun and serious when I need to be. I relish loving someone and being loved back (both friendship wise and romantically) looking for that special someone to share a genuine honest friendship/commitment with. I like doing lots of things, from boating, fishing, camping, cooking, watch movies to traveling among many other things.
Boating, fishing and travel are at the top of the list of the things I enjoy the most, but I also seek new experiences.
I enjoy dinning in with a glass of wine and conversation but I do clean up very well and do have several suites that I can go out for a night on the town.
I enjoy dancing very much however; my legs are not as good as they once were due to knee replacements but I still manage. I am a visual person so meeting someone is important to me..

A quiet intimate dinner somewhere romantic where we spend the evening getting to know each other in conversation that effortlessly flows and before long realize that hours have passed yet it only seemed like minutes and don't want the night to end.
